Method: Grab two friends and place them in a big enough pot in the neighbourhood they’re originally from (Bagnoli, Naples).
Choose and measure only high quality organic ingredients and mix them together in order to get a fun meal for the youngest audience and an interesting one for the grown ups. Fun fact: the name ‘Il Fuori Orario’ is based on Martin Scorzese’s movie ‘After Hours’ (filmed in 1985), in which the main character is forced to deal with a series of unforeseen circumstances that shake their daily routine and lead to unexpected surprises.
